true to their word

There is quite a large "camp" set up where the
pipeline exploded 2 weeks ago.
It seems they are working night and day
to get everything fixed and the problem solved.
In the meantime, TransCanada gas has been compensating
pretty much everyone
who comes forward with a claim.
Heaters purchased, time lost at work,
driving inconvenience...
You name it.
If you come forward with a claim
it seems they will pay it.
The company even handed out $50 credit cards to students
at Providence University College
which is just down the road from
the explosion site.
And they came in with their loaders and trucks
and did massive amounts of
snow removal on the college grounds.
They have done everything they said they would do
and more.
Across the field from the explosion site is the monstrous
greenhouse that had a fire last year.
As the owner said on the radio, the pipeline explosion was one year
to the day that someone set his greenhouse on fire.
He woke up in the night, saw the horrific blaze
and thought,
"Oh no! Not again!".
Fortunately the explosion was quite removed from his property
but he did have to scramble to keep the heat going
so his thousands of cucumber plants would not perish!
No doubt, the gas company has also compensated him
for the hardship he had to endure.
